Whether or not your Windows PC is able to connect by blue tooth or not to your Maxi flash Elite, it still should be connected to your PC by the supplied USB cable for any programming of modules via OE manufacturer subscription. Same applies for any Programming or Online SCN coding  off the Tablet  for BMW, Mercedes ,etc that MS908P/E supports with an active update subscription and blue tooth should be turned off .
